Description

Original UK black Track label stereo later 1st press LP, with the 'Band Of Gipsies' label text error and the earliest A//1 B//1 matrices and 1-1- stampers.

The matt sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear and very minimal storage rubbing on the outer cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain inner is intact & in EX condition.

The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two very faint & wispy sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of one or two faint spindle markings.

The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great, loud & punchy listen!!

The matrix nos. are; 2406002, A-1 mother stamper 1-1-22, B-1 mother stamper 1-1-28.
This is one of the early copies of the 1970 2nd pressing of the original 1970 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!
